To protect clients, this office has taken precautions recommended by the CDC, and is adhering to the restrictions set out by the Oregon Governor’s Executive Order dated March 23, 2020, to stop the spread of the coronavirus. I have joined Oregon’s effort to engage in appropriate “social distancing” for your safety and the benefit of our community. As elder law and special needs attorney, I am especially concerned about vulnerable populations, therefore want to do all we can to maintain health and safety and avoid actions that might contribute to the spread of this disease.
As a result, the firm will maintain a small on-site office staff. Staff members will work from home. Fortunately, I am well equipped to work remotely and expect to be able to continue to meet your needs for high quality legal services. Feel free to contact me with your questions and concerns, especially at this stressful time when health and safety is paramount.
Please contact the office at (503) 205-7051 or via email at to schedule your appointment by phone, to arrange for a zoom video conference.

If you need an appointment to sign documents or require a face-to-face meeting, please contact us and we will work out a solution.
All firm presentations for March and April are cancelled. Please stay tuned for rescheduled events and check our website for upcoming notices of firm activities.
We will continue to be available to assist you and your family members. We are all part of one community and will work together with you to meet this crisis.
