The House Energy and Commerce Committee has released its Affordable Care Act Repeal and Replace package. The Committee will vote on the plan this Wednesday. The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) anticipates the legislation will reach the House Floor in late March. Beyond repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act, the legislation would limit Federal Medicaid costs on a per-beneficiary basis starting in FY 2020.
